About
I build agent systems people can actually rely on.
I’m an AI engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan, working remotely with clients around the world. My route here ran through mathematics — a Gold Medal in BS Mathematics with Computer Science at GCU Lahore, then an MS in Artificial Intelligence at LUMS on a full merit scholarship.
The short version
For the past few years I’ve worked across the stack of applied AI — starting in software engineering, then moving into AI engineering, where I now build agentic platforms, no-code agent builders, voice agents and the multi-modal data pipelines that feed them.
The thread through all of it is reliability. Anyone can get a model to do something impressive once. I care about the harder, less glamorous part — the evals, guardrails, tracing and architecture that decide whether an agent keeps working when real users and real data hit it. That’s the difference between a demo and a system you can sell.
How I work
Four things I hold to.
Reliability is the feature
Evals, guardrails and tracing from day one — not bolted on after the demo impresses someone.
Ground over guess
Retrieve the real endpoints, code and data so the system matches reality, not the model's priors.
Humans at the leverage points
Keep people reviewing the decisions that matter — the spec — instead of the boilerplate.
Production from the start
Instrument everything. Cost, latency and quality become numbers, so “it works” isn't a vibe.
